Tandoori Roti/Tandoori Prantha(Plain)
Ingredients: Wheat Flour (Atta)-500 gms, Salt gms. Ghee/Oil-10 gms.

Method: Mix water and salt into the flour. Add enough water and let it form a soft dough. Switch on your Berg Electric Tandoor and let it heat for 5-7 minutes. Roll the roti and place on the heated tray. Push the tray back into the Tandoor and leave it to cook for 2 minutes. Pull the tray out, add ghee/oil to serve.

Precaution: Do not use the foil paper put roti/prantha direct on the tray.
 
MISSI TANDOORI ROTI
Ingredients: Besan-500 gms, Wheat Flour-250 gms., Green Dhania-25 gms. Kasturi Methi-25 gms., Baking Powder-1/4 tea spoon, Onion(Choped)-2 Pieces Anardana-25 gms., Salt-20 gms., Ajwain pudina-10 gms.

Method: Mix all the ingredients and form stiff dough. Roll out roti and place them on the heated tray. Place the tray back in to the tandoor and cook for 2 minutes. Serve hot with butter.
 
NAN
Ingredients: Maida-500 gms, Ghee/Oil-50 gms., Green Dhania-25 gms. Baking Powder-10 gms or one spoon, curd per 500 gms., Kalonji-50 gms.

Method: Make all the ingredients into soft dough 15 minutes before use. Cover the dough with wet cloth and leave aside for one hour. Switch on Tandoor and let it heat for 5-6 minutes, kneed the dough. Roll the dough balls. Place them on Tandoor tray and cook for 2-3 minutes and serve.
 
PANEER-KULCHA
Ingredients: Maid-500 gms, Paneer-100 gms.,Baking Powder-10 gms. Chat Masala -According to taste.

Method: Make all the ingredients into soft dough Place it aside for 45 minutes. Stuff the rolls with Paneer, roll them and place in pre-heated Tandoor. Cook for 2-3 minutes and serve.

Precaution: Do not use the foil paper put roti/prantha direct on the tray.
 
PANEER TIKKA
Ingredients: ½ kg. Paneer, some salt and red chilli as per your taste vinegar-1 tea spoon, 3-4 table spoon besan.

Method: Cut small pieces of paneer and add all ingredients as per your choice Add salt and red chilly. Stir the tikkas well. Cut the aluminium foil, grease it and spread raw paneer tikkas on foil. Switch-on the tandoor continuously for 3 minutes, thereafter switch it off. Let it cool down for 2 minutes. Take the tray out and you will see brown crispy paneer tikkas. Sprinkle chat masala or fresh lemon on panner tikkas. It's ready to serve.

Precaution: Preheat the tandoor for 4-5 minutes. Kindly take care that foil doesn't touches the heating coil above.
 
POTATOES/SWEET POTATOES
Ingredients: ½ kg potatoes /sweet potatoes.

Method: Cut into small pieces cover them completely with foil paper and place it on the tray. Switch on the tandoor for 12 minutes and them switch it off. Take out from tandoor after 10 minutes, Excellent roasted potatoes/sweet potatoes are ready. Add salt, pepper, lime to taste.
 
FRENCH FRIES
One kg. Potatoes. Peel the potatoes and cut it into the size of French Fries. Add salt and red chilly powder as per your taste plus one spoon refined oil on potatoes and stir it well. Spread aluminum foil on the tray, grease its surface. Finally spread potato finger on aluminium foil and switch on the tandoor. Let it run continuously for 5-6 minutes. Switch it off and let it cool down. Don't open the tandoor, you will see potato fingers will crispy red. Take it out and add chat masala or lemon on potatoes and it's ready to serve.
